You can initiate account deletion directly in the u.ai app on iPhone. The process includes identity verification and a final confirmation.

how to delete your account.

  1. Open u.ai and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings and find the Account section.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Read the deletion notice and continue.
  5. Verify your identity using your account password or Sign in with Apple, as requested.
  6. Review the final notice and confirm deletion.

important: app store subscriptions.

Deleting your u.ai account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. If you have a subscription, manage or cancel it separately through Apple.
